The District Conference this year will be held in Whitehorse Yukon and is a great opportunity to learn more about Rotary, meet fellow Rotarians from our District and in this case experience the great white north! If you are wanting to attend please sign up and I will do a group booking which further reduces the cost per member. The club will cover costs for registration and travel dependent on how many attend. NOTE: If you register and do not cancel in time you will be billed back for the registration fee we are not able to get back. If you choose to register on your own, the registration fee will be reimbursed after the conference is done and your attendance is confirmed. There is discussion that some Rotarians from Grande Prairie plan on driving – if you would like to be a part of this convoy up North please add a note in the comment box when you sign up.
